Covenant Health, in partnership with Alberta Health Services and the University of Alberta, Faculty of Medicine & Dentistry, Department of Psychiatry, invites applications for an Adult Psychiatrist within the Department of Addictions & Mental Health at the Grey Nuns Community Hospital in Edmonton, Alberta.

The successful candidate will have an MD and must be eligible for licensure in the province of Alberta. Certification in Licentiate of the Medical Council of Canada (LMCC) and Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (RCPSC) in Psychiatry are required.
The successful candidate will work in the Grey Nuns Psychiatric Outpatient therapy group program (POP). Key accountabilities of this position will include:

There may also be an opportunity to do Consultation/Liaison with the Neurology program in the stroke and headache clinic.
Remuneration will be based on the Fee-for-Service (FFS) schedule.
The successful applicant will be expected to apply for a Clinical Academic Colleague Appointment in the Department of Psychiatry, University of Alberta, which will be considered under a separate process through the Faculty of Medicine & Dentistry.
